This is our second time staying at The Commongrounds. Such a great, clean and quiet place to stay. Within walking distance to places to eat and to downtown. Can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This was such a special place to stay while painting for the mural festival! Clean, modern, well stocked, with access to events, food and drinks in the building. Couldn't recommend more!

It’s a great location with everything within walking distance. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. The place was very clean. The only issue we had is parking is very limited. We found not look for parking when daycare kids were being picked up after that it was okay. It is still a great place and we look forward to staying there again.

Compact but very comfortable studio apartment - had everything we needed for an overnight stay at Commongrounds and Traverse City.

Imagine staying at a place where the vibe is so chill and happy you feel happy, where you can wake up and go downstairs to get a delicious latte and scone, work out in the little gym, catch a musical performance and have a glass of wine or cocktail and a bite to eat in the evening. This isn't your parents' AirBnb, it's The Commongrounds Cooperative. I stay here everytime I am Traverse City.
